Debra Mc Donald has 25 years experience with special events, tradeshows, travel incentives, meetings and conferences. As a graduate of Texas Christian University, current President of Houston Alumni TCU Connections, member of International Special Events Society and a member of Meeting Professionals International, Debra started Houston, Texas based Corporate Events and Occasions in November 2001. As a WBEA certified minority female owned and operated company, the primary goal is to focus on personalized customer service and partner relationships.
   
Kara Harrell started her career in the special events & conference planning industry after attending Texas Tech and graduating from the University of Texas (Arlington). She has 8 years in the hospitality and events industry. Her experience includes domestic and international conferences, association meetings, tradeshows and special events. Joining Corporate Events & Occasions staff five years ago as the Operations Manager, Kara also has an extensive background in corporate sport incentives including corporate programs at the Super Bowl, NCAA Final Four, US Open Golf Tournament and The Masters.
   
Stephanie Smith joined the team in 2007. She received a Marketing degree from Baylor University located in Waco, Texas. Immediately after graduating from Baylor, Stephanie was hired on with a very reputable Fortune 500 technology corporation, and spent 9 years there successfully developing her marketing and sales skills. Her experience includes executive meetings, conferences, tradeshows, golf tournaments, sports marketing, out-of-town meetings, and a variety of other special events.
